For therapists
What you need to join.
Everything we ask for, why we ask, and how often it needs renewing. Most of it you already have on file.
How onboarding works
Apply
Tell us your profession, where you are registered and your registration number, and upload the documents below through a secure form. No documents by e-mail, please.
We check
Our clinical team reviews every document and looks up your registration on the public register.
Short conversation
A video call about how you work and how you handle risk.
Go live
You receive your login, set your availability and complete your profile. Clients can find you once it is published.
The checklist
You need the general items once, plus the registration for each country whose clients you want to see. Where you live does not matter. Items marked “Renewal tracked” have an end date. We remind you before it and you upload the new one in a minute.

Register checks
We look up your registration on the public register when you join and at each renewal, and ask you to tell us straight away about any change or complaint.
Your documents are used only to verify your right to practise, are visible only to our onboarding team, and are deleted when they are no longer needed. Clients see your title, registration body and number, never the documents themselves.
